Modern technology has already revolutionized our way of life and made our day-to-day existence what would be unimaginably easy to persons living less than a century ago.  The amount of informational resources available have quantum-leaped in the past few decades, with a previously unfathomable quantity of data and communicative ability available to nearly all of us in the developed world.  This informational wealth is extremely valuable and, if used properly and collectively, can most definitely improve our knowledge and intelligence and change the way we live and interact with people.
